What’s with the ads?
Because we are a free access network, we’ve incorporated the use of Google AdSense banner ads to help offset the continuous costs of maintaining our websites, Internet connections (although many of our node/repeater users generously share their own connections, helping to keep access free), network equipment upkeep, etc.
We feel that’s a small price to ask consider all the network has to offer. <grin>
